Meet the Therapist

I’m Alexa, a certified massage therapist born and raised here in Hastings, MN.  I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University’s massage program in 2018 and I’ve been practicing professionally since then.

I have worked with a variety of people and conditions.  Over the past several years I have successfully alleviated chronic migraines, helped car accident victims heal from whiplash, and lessened symptoms of depression and anxiety.

I love helping my clients regain the best quality of life through addressing their current health condition, whether they have something specific they need relief from or they simply want to relax for awhile.
