Massage Services

Clinical massage is a combination of Swedish techniques to warm up the soft tissue and prepare it for deeper work without causing pain, as well as techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cross fiber friction which are more specific and targeted. Slowly working from superficial to deep pressure as the muscle layers release helps to get a good release while avoiding a massage from which you have to recover.

Swedish massage consists of slow and broad pressure strokes such as gliding and kneading.  Depth of pressure, duration, direction, speed, frequency and rhythm of the technique can all be modified based on your preferences.
